Trauma-informed, therapeutic yoga that meets you exactly where you are. No perfect poses, no competition. Just a place to breathe, heal, and feel like yourself again.
Walk-in posture and spine screenings from 10:15 AM to 12:15 PM, plus a free Yoga for Back Pain class at 11:00 AM. Open to everyone, no booking needed for the screening.
Here's what that actually means.

Forget the yoga-body hype. You're not a shape, a size, or a fitness level, you're a person, and that's who we teach. We start where you are today.

Postures are the vehicle, not the point. We turn attention inward to your body, breath, mind, emotions, and we move your spine to reset the nervous system. Flexibility follows.

Nobody heals in isolation. This studio was built for people carrying something real, and every class, every teacher, every person in the room is part of what makes the work possible.
The original practice was never about the shape of your body. It was a path toward understanding the self, quieting the noise of the mind, and awakening to something that was always already there. Not yoga as exercise. Not meditation as stress relief. The real thing.

The anxiety that will not switch off. The exhaustion that sleep does not fix. These are not character flaws. They are stored emotion that never finished moving. Healing Foundations works every layer of your system at once to complete what has been held too long. This is not a wellness program. It is a return to yourself.

You have been on a spiritual path. You just do not have anyone to walk it with. This small-group class is for people who sense that what the great traditions are pointing at is real, and who are ready to stop circling it and start living from it. Led by Kevala, who did not study awakening. She lived it.
The nervous system does not only live in the mind. Tension, restlessness, and unprocessed energy have a home in the body, and sometimes the most direct path through them is movement. Every physical class we offer is taught with the same breath-led, awareness-first approach that runs through everything we do. You are just meeting it through your physical system.

Every class is built to shift how you feel, not just stretch your body. Our studio is founded and led by Kevala, a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), and every teacher is trained in her trauma-informed, breath-led method. Whether you need to settle a racing mind, rebuild strength safely, or find people who get it, there is a practice here for you.
